The Project objective is to meet Employer’s requirements as Project Management Consultant to provide appropriate infrastructure and facilities, as well as meet the needs for modern medical equipment and specialized diagnostic and treatment services with quality medical care and provide a completed, commissioned and fully operational building in accordance with the Contract.
Scope of Works: Alteraz Global was The Engineer of the Project Design review and design modifications, BIM, tender documents, Construction Supervision, approval of materials, method statements, site inspections, and certification of Contractor’s Interim Payment Certificates (IPC), respond to claims, Variation Orders, Periodical Project Reports, final accounts, defect liability supervision.
