Alteraz Global started its journey in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in 1988 as a modest engineering office with a vision to bring transformative design and development to life. From the very beginning, the entity focused on providing high-quality architectural design and construction supervision, initially completing around 100 residential houses per year. Over time, this strong foundation in residential projects laid the groundwork for the company’s broader ambitions.
Through its dedication to excellence and its ability to meet stringent deadlines, Alteraz Global expanded its portfolio and became a recognized name in the international construction sector including both superstructure and infrastructure projects. The company evolved into an international firm, spearheading a wide range of international development projects in partnership with both government agencies and private investment funds.

He not only leads the senior management team with regard to the company’s core strategies, but also directly manages administrative and technical activities. He graduated from King Saud University with a bachelor’s degree in 1983 and has been managing the company since its inception
Eng. Hasan Guven Eksioglu
Projects Director
Civil Engineer Hasan Guven Eksioglu, a Turkish national born in 1968, manages project operations and has extensive experience in international fund projects. He graduated from university with a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering in 1996 and joined the company’s team in 2016. He has successfully delivered the company’s projects on time and within budget for five projects in Pakistan funded by the Saudi Fund for Development. He is based at Riyadh head Office
Eng. Tevfik Alpqultas, PMP
Business Development Director
Civil Engineer Tevfik Alpgultas, a Turkish national born in 1979, is responsible for all project development activities, such as preparing studies and tender documents. He has extensive experience in bidding for international fund projects. He graduated from university with a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering in 2001 and holds a Professional Project Management Certificate. He joined the company’s team in 2017 and resides in Istanbul, Turkey.

Architectural Engineer Sundar Singh.is an Indain Architectural engineer, born in 1974. He is the expert responsible for Architectural studies and designs for projects. He graduated from the university with a Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering in 1998, He also holds a Professional Project Management Certificate. He joined the team in 2018 and resides in Riyadh head Office.

Project Manager
Civil Engineer Kashif Bathi. He is Pakistani national, born in 1980. He is the expert responsible for long stay care center Bahrain as a project manager. He graduated from the university with a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering in 2003. He joined the team in 2017 and resides in Bahrain.
Dr. Mohamed Ali Hakam

Dr. Mohamed Ali Hakam is an Egyptian structural engineer, born in 1985. He is the expert responsible for structural studies and designs for projects. He graduated from the university with a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering in 2007 and obtained his PhD in 2012. He also holds a Professional Project Management Certificate. He joined the team in 2018 and resides in Egypt.

He joined the team in 2016 and resides in Riyadh head Office.

Architect Engineer Osama Mahdi. He is a Sudanese national, born in 1980. He is the responsible for technical and administrative studies for the internal and international projects. He graduated from the university with a Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering in 2002. He joined the team in 2014 and resides in Riyadh, KSA.
