Project design concept: The horizontal and vertical dimensions played an effective role during the discussion of the project design, considering that vertical architecture is not prevalent in Tabuk City, and since the project is a cultural landmark, the design was based on the vertical dimension to highlight this feature, in addition to the fact that the distribution of tasks on the project buildings according to the required functions played a major role in choosing the typical concept of relationships between buildings and between buildings and users.
