The employer, Ministry of Works of Kingdom of Bahrain, has received a grant from the Saudi Fund for Development (SFD) for the design and Construction of Long Stay Care Center Hospital.

The Project objective is to meet Employer’s requirements as Project Management Consultant to provide completed compound surrounding infrastructure and to provide a completed, commissioned and fully operational building in accordance with the Contract.

No. of Beds: 110 Beds.

Scope of Works: Global was The Engineer of the Project.

Design, tender documents, Construction Supervision, approval of materials, method statements, site inspections, and certification of Contractor’s Interim Payment Certificates (IPC), respond to claims, Variation Orders, Periodical Project Reports, final accounts, defect liability supervision.

The Project objective is to meet Employer’s requirements as Project Management Consultant to provide completed compound surrounding infrastructure and to provide a completed, commissioned and fully operational building in accordance with the Contract.

Project Content: contains 20 buildings including governmental buildings, police

stations, residential blocks, library, auditorium, mosque, judicial blocks, Residential blocks and External Works.

Scope of Works: Alteraz Global was The Engineer of the Project Design review and design modifications, BIM, tender documents, Construction Supervision, approval of materials, method statements, site inspections, and certification of Contractor’s Interim Payment Certificates (IPC), respond to claims, Variation Orders, Periodical Project Reports, final accounts, defect liability supervision.
